We've curated our top 5 favorite greenery destinations in Southern California and are here to share them with you.  Enjoy!

1. POTTED

WHERE: 3158 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles

WHAT: A kitschy one-stop shop for all things succulent and artisan. Founded by long time friends Mary Gray and Annette Goliti Gutierrez, Potted is an Atwater Village gem and home to luscious greenery and one off pottery to meet all your outdoor fantasies!

 

2. BIG RED SUN

WHERE: 560 Rose Ave, Venice

WHAT: Big Red Sun is a beautiful succulent and greenery destination located in the heart of Venice. They offer a full range of landscaping and design services to make sure your outdoor space becomes the sanctuary you’ve always dreamed of! The store was founded in 1994 by Selena Souders and was named after Selena’s friend and mentor Lucinda Williams' song “Big Red Sun Blues.”

 

3. ROLLING GREENS

WHERE: 7505 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles & 9528 Jefferson Blvd, Culver City

WHAT: Rolling Greens is Southern California’s premier destination for all things plant related. With three locations (Culver City, West Hollywood, and Downtown LA) Rolling Greens makes shopping for succulents easy as pie. Providing a wide variety of plants, flowers, pottery, and fun outdoor accessories, Rolling Greens is a favorite among celebrities and interior designers local to LA.

 

4. XOTX-TROPICO

WHERE: 900 N Fairfax Ave, West Hollywood

WHAT: Amidst the overgrown appeal, Xotx-Tropico is home to rare seeds and tropical plants one might not necessarily find elsewhere. The shop was founded by Leo Massoth, a “modern day Indiana Jones,” who travels the world in order to bring back the rarest of tropicals. Who knows, you might just find a kola tree from Nigeria or even a passionflower tree from the Amazon...

 

5. THE JUICY LEAF

WHERE: 5725 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles

WHAT: The Juicy Leaf maintains its’ eco-friendly mantra while providing a variety of succulent arrangements and terrariums. The store is also known for its’ high-end pottery crafted by local artisans and fine artists. Located in Highland Park, The Juicy Leaf is a favorite among Angelenos and continues to grow in size.
